Clwyd West Assembly Member Darren Millar is calling on people in Conwy and Denbighshire to help improve the GP Out of Hours service by completing a short online survey.
If you have used the service recently then your local Community Health Council is keen to hear about your experience and will use the results to identify where the service is working well and where improvements are needed.
“The survey was launched on 22nd January 2019 and is aimed at anyone who has used the Out-Of-Hours service in the past 6 months.
“In order to help Community Health Councils make the case for improvements it is important that they get as many responses as possible from patients representing the full diversity of the local population, so I therefore urge all those eligible to take part to do so.”
Community Health Councils are independent and exist to improve the patient experience within the National Health Service (NHS) in Wales and to offer support if things go wrong.
